- Vehicle not repaired under warranty ^Open

i own a renault duster *** ps awd **** model bearing registration no hp **D**** which is under extended warranty till ** april ****. i got my vehicle serviced at ncr renault, atul kataria chowk on ** may **** for scheduled ***** km service. ever since my vehicle has broken down on road * times. i approached the service centre and they were not able to diagnose the problem, so they told me if problem again arises come back to us. when the vehicle had same problem next time i somehow took it to service centre. they checked and diagnosed a faulty fuel pump.since vehicle was under warranty they have to change it free of cost for which they were reluctant but finally after putting necessary pressure they agreed to change it. but they took three days to change it , duration for which I had to stay In gurugram on my own expenses since i am from himachal.after the repair also my vehicle broke down on gt road in karnal on ** may **. so i got my vehicle towed to renault karnal where they found that there is no fault with fuel pump but there is problem of air bubbles inside the fuel line because of which vehicle does not start or breaks down on the road. they temporary fixed the glitch as I had to reach on urgent commitment at my home.but next day again vehicle didn't start.i registered a complaint on company customer care and they said they will get back to me on this and since then they have not taken any action make my vehicle fully serviceable.i am a serving soldier in indian army who comes home for ** months in a year and i had to spend four days in a renault service centre and many hours on the road with a broken vehicle it's a mental harassment coupled with financial loss and loss of my precious time.
