I had booked (B*********) the Sonet D*.* *AT GTX Plus - Steel Silver on *th of December **** (Sunday) at PPS Kia, Mysore Road, Bangalore, Karnataka. The initially quoted waiting period at the time of booking was *-** weeks. Later in December, the waiting period was revised to ** to ** weeks.
The initial waiting period of *-** weeks already passed in February. Now the revised waiting period of **-** weeks is also about to pass in March. But there has been no definite timelines provided till now. Each month I am informed that the hasn't been alloted, and it would be delivered the following month. I was also just informed that the vehicle would not be coming in March and it might be allotted in April.
It has been * months since the booking. The continuous delays month after month and the lack of definite timelines is very frustrating & Unacceptable. This is not the experience a customer who is expected to pay ** lakhs expects.
Please do the needful to ensure the vehicle is delivered as promised in March as per the agreed upon waiting periods.
