Hi,
I have booked a Santro Sportz AMT Titan Grey on **th December **** at Bharath Hyundai, Khammam, Telangana. Before booking, the sales person has also enquired if the vehicle is available and then took our booking. After the discussion, a final deal has been made for Rs.*,**,***. This includes an exchange of my Santro **** car valued at Rs.*,**,*** and an exchange bonus of Rs.**,***. So for the new car that was booked, I need to pay Rs.*,**,*** and give away my Santro **** model car. I have booked with a token amount of Rs.**** and I have been provided a computerised bill which includes the vehicle model, details, colour (image attached). I have also attached the estimates provided.
But, the next day, I have got a call that the car has already been booked by someone else in Bharath Hyundai, Kothagudem and since then, I have been discussing with them and asking them to contact their other branches for availability of the vehicle. But there seem to be none. They are asking me to either cancel the booking or buy the car in **** but these bonuses and my car exchange value will not be the same. But with the provided estimates match my budget for my requirement. I cannot go for a higher price.
Please resolve the issue and do the needful. Expecting a reply.
