- Urban Company Professional Not Return TV Closed

**th November ****, I have booked Professional to Repair my TV, He visited my home and took TV saying it will take a week. A week after i called him but he said spare parts are not available and will take time. I waited and after few days again called him to get update he said he is out of town for *-* days and will connect but he never called me. I again called back he shared photos of damaged parts and i agreed to replace. After that is not reachable on phone (through app) and on message on (App). I have registered complain with Urban company on the same and its been more than ** days. Every day they call me with the same update that thier team is working on issue and they will get back in ** hours. * times i have been informed that professional will deliver by evening but i didint get my TV. I have requested urban company executives to just return TV in as it is situation but there's no response.Urban company local team has shared update that professional's mobile is brokedown that's why he is not reachable .. Its been over a month but no solution. my TV is with professional who so unprofessional to even send one message. Urban company customer care is pathetic and unable to resolve my case.
