I am writing this emails after trying for a resolution with you guys since *rd of feb. My wife just delivered a baby and hence she will be stuck at home for * months, which made her upgrade to your *** plan so that she can get Amazon Prime.
Since than she has been struggling to get the service activated and She has spoken to more than **-** Call centre resources who never took her seriously with a **-** days baby in hand. Than she twitted about her experience and someone calls her and told her to wait for * hours, than * hours, than ** hours and finally ** times ** hours and today called to say ** hours. No one cares and all spoke generic stuffs on calls. She ha spent more than ** man hours on call with a baby in hand. We have more than fifty messages from Airtel which does not connect to each other. We have more than ** people calling. If you were serious you would have given one person the task to close. Over that we are being asked to uninstall the app and re-install more than ** times now. Are you guys GONE MAD!! IS this your customer service.
I work for BT and with such cust service we would not have survived one day in the UK or Global market.
I just one to say one thing…I know you cannot deal with this. You have now idea how to resolve! Your cust service sucks and in the age of AI and Robotics you have the poorest technical team. Can you send me the final bill (Take more if you want) and stop playing with poor customer like us. I can send numerous screenshots of your fragmented conversations and process which my wife has already shared with you guys in twitter,
NOTE: I will use this mail and all your messages and Tweet the way I want as this is enough of Airtel and we have corporate tie-ups with Vodafone and I will move to Voda or Jio who at least would be better. I am also going to Blog about this experience so that I can Alert other customers.
I know this is not a BIG deal with you about one customer’s complaint or you may wish to not respond and honestly I don’t Care anymore.but I wil share my expericnae with anyone and everyone in Social media
