I am using this idea postpaid connection. I have network issue on the second month of the billing. I have called the customer care people. They said that they took complaint informed me resolution provide in the next ** hours. I called after * days then asked about the complaint they said again the same ** hours. Then every time call them up they say the same word. Then I took Jio prepaid sim card. I am quite happy Jio service then I slowly startled ignored the idea number I did even pay the two months bill and then my number ********** important bank contacts and Aadhar link so I need that number. I paid the bill and spoken with customer care services then they pay the bills properly and ask for service then, I escalated the issue I straight away said them I will not pay the bill until I get resolution. Because of the network issue call getting the drop I can't hear properly, every time I want to speak with manger he does not hear me properly and issue become very frustrated, with boss, wife, relations, friends, even delivery boys are talking sarcastic way put the phone in reachable.
The position becomes I am not the point were alien were taken barrel them. After I asked them to reduce my bill amount I am not using your service I am using only for OTP and number is still in linked with banks Aadhar.
