BOOKING ID-JPS**MJ*H. Please refer to the resolution no-****** dated **/**/**** from Consumer forum a discount code as "CEC************* " is provided with validity of * month from **/**/****. It is worth here to mention the hardship I had faced for not providing me the car in Siliguri, leave alone the amount I had to spend to arrange alternative vehicle during that peak season within such short notice. I am not raising the issue more than once (as per your reply) out of my whims but your inability to provide me a fair resolution, more than once you have provided me coupon codes which are devised such that I cannot use it. Instead of providing me compensation for my mental and financial harassment you have provided me coupon codes which can only be used at Siliguri and with * months validity, and its quite illogical to visit the same location within a span of * months. I am a regular customer of your services for long duration tours (have a look at my profile) and its hurting my dignity to raise the issue again and again. Its my sincere request to you to close the issue by extending the code till December **** and such that I can use it at Chandigarh location.
