- Unprofessional and rude behavior of Uber driver Closed
I booked an Uber on **th September ****, **:** am from my residence to my office. The driver arrived late and when I boarded the cab, the AC was switched off. After me asking him multiple times to switch on the AC, he told me that AC is broken. When I asked him why didn't he tell this to me when I booked the cab, he got really aggressive. He started behaving very rudely and then he yelled at me to get out of his cab. I told him that I am not getting out of the cab until me trip gets over. So, he cancelled the trip in the middle and made me move out of his cab. It was a Tata Indica and the name of the driver was Rachayya C. I want strict action to be taken against this unprofessional driver, so that he no more has the power and audacity to repeat the same with someone else.
