- Unnecessary data deductions from airtel Closed
iam shravan kumar nagapuri, using airtel sevices from years. i had problem with the sevices from few days, unnecessarily my * gb data is getting finished within hours, without a proper reason my data was deducted. In the last recharge, I preferred and used * gb data services faced the same problem, to avoid it i opted * GB plan, again the problem continues, Day before yesterday within * hours my data was finished.To ask about this i made a call to airtel customer care, a lady responded to my call and forwarded to a supervisor Mr. Pp Chiranjeevi. His response is not appropriate, meanwhile he is suggesting me to discuss hours in the nearby airtel centres and saying that you are single person we dont waste much time with an individual. Yes, I am an individual, many individuals become crores of customers. So every customer is important. If it continues definitely we do prefer to change to someother services.
