i have done the payment on **th of november of rs **** and it is not shown to my account secondly the unnecessary interest levied on me of rs ****. ihave complaint so many times regarding these. my reference no of the complaint is ********

once they called me they said we will resolve the issue and call you back they never call me back whenever i called they just put me call and for that call money is all charged.
