I am one of the oldest customers of Future Group. I am a frequent customer of Big Bazar and am holding Profit Club membership. Of late I find that the rules of business keep changing fast and customers are kept in dark about such changes.
One such example is that suddenly the threshold for purchase to claim one hour Free Car Parking was raised from Rs.**** to Rs.**** and the again to Rs.****, without informing the loyal customers. The customer gets to know about the change only at the billing counter and then he/she has to forego the free paring benefit. This has happened to me twice during the last three months.
Another instance is that when I wanted to encash the money in my Future Pay wallet, along with claiming the Profit Club credit and availing free car parking, I was told that I could do either. I decided to forego wallet encashment. Further, validity of wallet encashment may be over before I can make my next visit to the store. This happened at Kolkata Lake Mall Big Bazar store on December *, ****.
I am so dismayed over all these that I am deciding to stop going to Big Bazar once validity of Profit Club membership is over. It is not only me, I have heard several other customers expressing their dissatisfaction over these customer-unfriendly business practices.
