- Unfinished product delivered ^Open

I have ordered Sofa, Master Bed, wardrobe and Dressing table to Wood Concept shop in Kharadi Pune on ** March ****. They have confirmed delivery in ** days. However they have not delivered the product within commitment date. After many followups and lot of calls and messages, they have delivered the product on *th May **** almost ** days against ** days commitment.

but the deliver product is unfinished product as in dressing table there is no mirror, no finishing. In wardrobe, no alignment and no polishing. In Master bed- no handle provided for lifting. in sofa, alignment is not proper.

I have requested multiple times for the re-fixing, re-alignment, and quality product. However they are not picking my phone and not replying on the message.

i am totally mentally disturb with their behavior as after many followups, and call they are not even attending the call.

Request you to kindly take necessary and appropriate legal action against them.
