The payment was made on indigo website for **** on feb *th but when i called them for the pnr details on **th feb they say they cant give the booking confirmation and say the amount will be refunded and forced me to book at a higher fare. when i questioned them why money was withheld when the booking is cancelled means no proper reply from them. by various communication they are saying various reasons to close their mistake. Still my refund is not reflecting in my account till now, even the date of travel is passed by and they are holding the money stating refund initiated.
