- Unauthorized transactions Closed
This is regarding a fraudulent transaction made by happy Easy go which dates back from series of transactions made from *th March ****. On *th March ****, I purchased a ticket online for a trip but Happy Easy go couldn't provide the ticket despite the money was deducted from my friend's account. On *th March they Credited the debited amount. However, due to some technical glitch, they again credited the same amount to my friend's account. On **th April ****, I got a call from Happy Easy go about this glitch and we came to know this happened. My friend immediately transferred the amount to Happy easy go's account on **th April, which they emailed. However, after all these series of transactions on *nd May, **** Happy Easy Go again deducted the amount of Rs. ****/- from my friend's account in an unauthorized way. From *nd May till today I have emailed them, called them but they are not responding properly. In between they sent a fraud email saying they have started the refund but again in the next email they said it has been forwarded. Its a pure case of fraud where they don't know what they are doing. Every time I called, they just say we are looking into this matter. They are lying every day. I have the recorded calls and emails also which proves that they are reluctant and cheating on people by narrating the same thing again and again. I request you to take action against this Fraud company so that it may help other consumers from their traps. Plz, let me know how can I launch a complaint with the Police against this company. It is not only the question of my money but also preventing the existence of this kind of Fraud companies who loot consumer and doesn't care.
