I posted a complaint against my AC on * April **** for no power. But there was no response from customer support. Hence I had to get my ac repaired by myself and had to pay out of my pocket even though I had purchased extended warranty. After that I also complaint to the highest authority i.e. CEO Mr. Brian Bade. Now it's been over * months and there is no resolution to my problem and no response from reliance.
