- Unable to travel after paying money to travel agent Open

We had planned a honeymoon trip from *th to ** feb **** after making full payment to travel agent. On the day of travel we were not allowed to board flight as I had indian passport and my wife had nepal passport. Nepal passport does not get visa on arrival at thailand. This info was not given by travel agent and we could not fly to destination and the flight tickets were declared as cancel.later we had cal with travel agent to modify the flight tickets to later date,but they insisted to pay extra amount,we did that. Our plan and time was wasted due to insufficient info from travel agent.the travel agent informed to pay some more money, then I said them to refund my money or either pay change amount, but they denied
So I want my har earned money back as i have not used any of their services. Please support on getting justice.
