I have been calling customer care of Videocond*h for about a month for selecting channels of my wish and a complaint (complaint no. ********* registered on *th March) for not being able to select channels but no resolution of complaint has happened till date. Each time I call the customer care. I had to repeat my complaint and at last, I asked them to transfer the phone to their supervisor. For * times I asked them to transfer the call to the supervisor but the call gets disconnected in between.
I tried to choose my channels over website, infinity app but could not receive the OTP. A lady from customer care also registered my email id but that too doesn't work. At last, they admitted that there is a technical issue but they don't bother to resolve my complaint by registering the channels over the phone. They say they are not able to select package over the phone and for that, I need to use a website or infinity app. Customer care executives are in no mood to resolve the complaint. Here is the mail communication I had with the customer care of videocon. They are replying with an automated message each time I send a message. Fed up of Videocon.

There is a login issue being faced by me for about a week now. I am not able to log in and select channels of my wish. I have been calling to customer care and have not been receiving a satisfactory response from customer care. I have tried by entering my email id on the site and tried to log in but the reset password is not received on my phone no. I also tried to log in using OTP but it is showing incorrect credentials. I tried the infinite app on mobile but it is not even loading the login page. I talked to * customer care executives today but my problem is not resolved. A
person from customer care is said to have updated my email id but I am not able to login with the same. The last call I called a customer care executive at **.** am today and asked to transfer the call to a senior executive but he has not made it. He has not even provided his own name or employee id as I had to keep repeating the same to another executive each time I call. I have already submitted channels of my choice a month back and found a message that it is successful but on calling customer care after that, they said that my response has not been received there. *I registered a complaint regarding the same with a complaint no. ********* dated **.**.****
which is still not resolved*. This is getting hectic and I am not able to exercise my right the TRAI has provided and will have to escalate further if my problem isn't resolved today.
