- Unable to get Meter load changed from 4 KW to 8 KW Open

No connection and meter was installed at premises but I received the papers for * KW commercial connection which was allotted to me. Now, when I am approaching to change meter load, I am unable to get Meter load changed from * KW to * KW as the meter is missing.
