Airtel Digital Tv
- Unable to access a particular channel Closed
In my pack I had asked for a sports channel ( ***) and have been paying for it. Till date ( from Feb ****) I have no. Access too this channel. I have so far raised * complaints with Airtel all of which Have been either closed or cancelled by the team without resolution. Every time I raise complaint, they ask me to switch off and switch on tv and set top box and say technical support will resolved within ** hrs but nothing has happened and query has been closed.
