- Two times charged my trip Closed
PRADEEP PALANI filed this complaint against Uber Cabs on Jul 13, 2019
This is to inform you that, I booked Uber auto in first instance I selected the payment mode as paytm and the system search for auto nearby but unfortunately the msg came NO auto available.
After that I selected the payment mode as cash then only I got auto for me. Immediately driver called me and asked about the payment mode, I said cash then only he was ready to pick. After his pick up I have seen a payment mode it was in paytm, so I tried to change the payment mode but unable to do. So I paid cash to driver and also you debited the amount in paytm.
For your information auto drivers are not attending the pick up if the payment mode is other than cash. This error is pertains to the Uber app and as well as the driver issue so take necessary action with that driver and refund my money immediately.
