- Two tickets booked with same PNR and no refund received for the new ticket purchased Open
On Mar *th we booked two indigo tickets with the same Cleartrip account from Banglore to Bhubaneshwar (round trip). Trip id #************. Recieved confirmation mail from Cleartrip for one person and from indigo for another person. However, when we did web check-in on the boarding day (**th May ****) both passengers had the same PNR and web check-in was done only for one.
When checked with Cleartrip support team they said PNR belongs to passenger A but boarding pass was showing passenger B's name.
Cleartrip accepted that there were some technical glitch and tickets were booked with the same PNR and asked us to buy a new ticket and they will arrange for a refund on receipt of the new ticket which cost us **k. Also, they confirmed us that they will book us a return ticket for passenger A as this was a round trip booking. In between, we received a call from support team asking us to book a return ticket as well from our end and send ticket copy for refund. This communication was recorded in an email from Cleartrip.
We booked a ticket from Bhubaneshwar to Bangalore which cost us **k and sent a copy to Cleartrip team as discussed. Since then, We were constantly following up withCleartrip team regarding this refund but they kept asking us to wait. We spoke to the many executives who kept on saying they'll arrange a callback but have not received a single call yet.
We even raised this with their supervisors Sanjay and Sagar who promised us to resolve this and callback. We did not get any callback to date. We have call records of these false promises they did as well. It is been a month now we really want Cleartrip to look into this matter seriously and get this resolved at the earliest.
