- Tv part not yet replaced nor proper response received Open
I had purchased mi tv on **th July ****. On **th October ****, I had a complaint about mi **-inch tv sound crackling issue. The engineer visited, checked the tv and agreed with the speaker issue and registered for the replacement of the part which will be replaced in *-* days. It had been ** days but no call from the engineer or the mi staff service so I called mi engineer he said your part hasn't come yet, and told me to call mi customer care. I called mi customer care they said your part hasn't come yet, it will be received by us on **st October ****. Then on *st November mi engineer called and said your part is received and it will be fixed today. I said ok. *-* days passed no one came nor any calls. On *th November again I called mi engineer he refused that he called me for the part. So I called mi customer care service again and they said your part isn't received yet. So I said why your engineer called and lied, the customer care team also lied about the part to be received on **st Oct.
It's been ** days and still, they are telling me to wait for the part and they don't even know when the replacement part will be received. If the part comes after * year so I have to wait a year for it. They are not even replacing the mi tv which is just * months old. What's the use of the warranty when the mi team doesn't know anything about the availability of the part to be replaced.
Again I called mi customer care on **th Nov. **** they assured me that the part will be replaced within ** hours. Today is **th Nov. **** but no response.
They are fooling customers.
I want the replacement part of the tv and if the replacement part is not available then I want the full refund or replacement of my tv.
Please help with this fraud customer service brand. I hope you will take strict action against mi brand which offers false promises.
It's been ** days. No company/brand takes so much time for the part replacement when the product is under warranty

I purchased MI TV ** inches on **-*-**** worth of ₹*****.**. *-*-**** onwards the TV was dead. The TV was in the guarantee period .Hence replace the TV as on early date....
