- TRIP CANCELED BUT NO REFUND ^Open

I am Dr. Navya Rakesh and I reserved a tour to Singapore on **/**/**** and my travel date was supposed to be on **/**/**** and due to the Covid **, all the flights were canceled and since then we were getting in touch with the Travels and they were saying that they cannot refund only another ticket on any other dates. He said that the ticket was booked in Silk Air and they never give a refund and they will allow us to fly on a different date only. Due to this Covid situation, we don't want to risk our lives and travel so I opted for a refund. He told us to contact Silk Air but he is not willing to give any details of the ticket that he says that he reserved. I don't think he has reserved a ticket otherwise he shouldn't have any problem in giving the reservation details. Please investigate take appropriate action on this company and request them to give me a refund. It's a huge amount and it is really difficult to survive in this situation. Awaiting your response.
