I have booked a car from zoom car on 11.04.2019 for 10 hours and he supposed to deliver it by 9 am on booked day. But they didn't deliver the car instead of delivery they asked me to pick the car from another location and I went to the location to pick the car but one of the tyres was got punctured immediately. I called up zoom car customer care they said me to replace with the spare tyre which was in the car but unfortunately that was already punctured a tyre. Seriously I got vexed up. They treated me very badly. Please help me out on this issue.
