- Travel Agent Refusing Refund Open

I had a ticket booked with Happy easy Go for **th March. But I cancelled my Airlines(Go Air) ticket on **st of March ****. The refund was processed and paid by Go Air even on **th of March. But due to the Covid ** lockdown all airlines decided to give credit shells instead of refund for flights in those days. But since my refund was already processed by airlines they are obviously refusing any credit shell. Happyeasygo has just denied off any responsibility from their side and asked me to check with airlines. Airlines has provided me Refund transaction id refund amount date cancelled E-ticket but still Happy Easy Go is refusing to pay any amount. IOver the past * month I am desperately trying to reach out to them but they turn a deaf ear to customers once they have the money in their pocket. They are simply scamming people of their hard earned money.
