We (total families - *) have paid total amount of ****** for our trip to Thailand to easeourholiday current account ***************,UBIN******* Noida UP. Travel agent Saurabh gupta used to communicate with us regularly. They committed for accomodation, rooms, and flights. we planned our trip from Dec **th to **th.

They never booked any of the above things they committed and they said they will refund our money on **th December which is not refunded yet.

These guys are there in the total scene. Saurabh gupta is the one who communicated from the beginning and when we asked for the alternate numbers he gave Rakesh's number. Anjali Singh is another one who is a receptionist and secretary for Rakesh. Prakash Singh is from the refund team. We are hopeless, can someone please help us.
