हॅलो सर, गेल्या * महिन्यांपासून मला टच स्क्रीन डिस्प्ले समस्या येत आहे, पहिल्यांदा जेव्हा मी एचपीशी संपर्क साधला तेव्हा त्यांनी माझी ऑनसाइट वॉरंटी नाकारली, ते म्हणाले की हा मुद्दा अनजान आहे .. बर्याचदा फोटोसह कॉल आणि मेल माझे टच स्क्रीन डिस्प्ले पुनर्स्थित करण्यास सहमत झाले परंतु * नोव्हेंबरपासून ते प्रत्येकवेळी चुकीचे भाग पाठवत आहेत. अखेर ** डिसेंबर रोजी (चुकीच्या भागासह चौथी भेट) तांत्रिक अभियंतााने नवीन स्क्रीन बदलण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत असताना माझे स्क्रीन क्रॅक केले होते परंतु नवीन एक चुकीचा अतिरिक्त भाग देखील. त्यानंतर मी अभियंता चुकीच्या भागाऐवजी बदलण्याची तयारी करण्यास तयार नव्हतो परंतु एचपी सर्व्हिस सेंटरच्या प्रमुखाने बर्याच वेळा विनंती केली आहे की त्याने ते तपासले आहे आणि ते सुसंगत आहे परंतु ते चुकीचे अतिरिक्त भाग देखील आहे. मी बर्याच वेळा उल्लेख केला आहे की तो चुकीचा भाग होता परंतु एचपी सेवा केंद्र योग्य निराकरण देत नाही. कृपया माझी मदत करा. मी जाहिरात एजन्सीवर फ्रीलांसर म्हणून काम करतो आणि माझ्या नियमित कामावर परिणाम करतो. धन्यवाद! हबीब शेख **********
