Totally disappointed experience with JBL Flip * speaker. It's the third time the speaker was given for repair and it is still not working!! And you guys are not ready to either give a refund or a replacement. You are not even considering that the product is under warranty, everytime you guys mention that the product is under repairable category and hence refund/replacement is not possible. You are expecting me to keep on sending the speaker to the service centre for the *th time???!!!! WTF services are you guys providing????? No of days I've used the speaker < And number of days the speaker at service centre was more. So that implies I've not got chance to use the speaker properly as it is always having one or the other issues. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND WORST EXPERIENCE WITH HARMAN TEAM. I am totally frustrated and you guys are blindly following the rules without considering the user has not used the speaker and it's getting issues continuously. The worst experience everrrr!!!!!!!!
