As a citibank customer i have faced many issues...i am paying for the mess that these people have made...there is a limit for everything... i lost my debit card if i apply for a new card it took almost * months to reach me... i kept on following up...then they say the card that they have sent is not my card...but i will get a different card...after * months of followup i had ny immediate family member reach the bank... when my family member visited the bank...they said they cant give my family member my card even after providing all the id proofs of mine and my family member...they started saying i had write a letter with my signature on it...it costed me around ****rs for visiting a branch...for a silly matter.... second issue is i apply for a credit card several times and i dont receive the card... *rd issue...they have closed my salary account without my permission...just because i had a check bounce for a emi to which i had already paid online...and now they are asking me to visit a branch for the mess that they have created...i want to know * thing here when everything is digital with citi bank why not reopening an account? Everytine i visit a brach it costs me around ****rs.
