- Took the amount and not even responding Open
I have paid **** rupees to act fibernet for internet connectivity on *th july, at the time of payment, they asked me to pay the amount first and then they will provide the connection with in *-* days. But till now i did not get any connection or any refund or even any response from them, when we are raising a complaint through customer care without any response they are closing it. And when i ask them to transfer the call to the higher official, the y are keeping me on hold forever till i disconnect the call. Due to this, i lost my job to be. I am not going to tolerate this. I need an explanation along with penality for this.

I used ACT for over two years earlier and it was all fine though the network had issues. then i had to relocate and i called up and asked for the disconnection.. now after three months, i again sent a request for a re-connection of the account....
