- Too many refunds Closed
I am reaching out in the effort of regaining access to my Amazon account. I have been notified that my account has been closed due to requesting refunds for a large number of orders and I would really like to be listened to as to why this keeps happening. Or at least what has happened.
I am continuously having problems with my orders from Amazon, but it seems to be a pattern when my orders are delivered from the usps. This is a new determination, and prior to determining this pattern, complaints were filed with Amazon, usps and ups. My most recent issue, I guess the final straw, was with a perfume order, that I was allowed to return, even though my understanding is that this is not common practice. In addition to allowing this return, she went ahead and marked the wrong item as a return in my account (she marked a purse as the return item and not the perfume) and did not follow up with me when the item was received by amazon - therefore the manager I spoke to on the phone last night issued a full refund. However the person who’s card it was did not want the money refunded to the card, but instead to my gift card balance. So I sent an email to request this.
Previously I had missing items from my orders or did not even receive orders that were marked as delivered. And as mentioned above, this has been related to deliveries from the usps. And now because of all of this I am terminated from a site that I love to use. On top of which I have outstanding funds (gift card balance) remaining on the account.
I feel like I am not being listened to. And although all of this is very extensive, I am not being given the opportunity to plead my case. I would never fraudulently report missing items. I have been a loyal customer for a while now and have never done anything like that.
My personal life is also a mess; having a recent cancer diagnosis, this adds unneeded stress to my life. Amazon is supposed to be fun, not stressful. Please see that this is a horrible mistake.
