I have a connection with id **********, The services by Tikona are worst they failed to provide a committed service. When i raised disconnection they said get your plan promoted to **MBPS and your problem will be solved. The problem became worst, they are not disconnecting my connection and despite of me not willing there connection, they are forcing me to continue with connection. Please help me, I do not want to be a victim of Fraud being run by Tikona in India
