- Ticket cancelled after 1 month of booking without any intimation Open
I booked a ticket via Cleartrip from Mumbai to Riyadh on **th June **** for **th Aug **** (the travel date), booking confirmation mail is attached. I didn't receive any ticket and I followed up on the call. I received an email after a month on **rd July ****. They again promised me to send my tickets within * hrs but I never received my ticket. Without my consent or any early intimation, Cleartrip cancelled my ticket and refunded the amount. I called them again and asked them why they cancelled my ticket without intimation and I never asked for cancellation. So they don't have an answer. I asked them why they sent an email of cancellation after a month if they can't book the tickets why they confirmed my booking and why they didn't inform me earlier but they didn't answer and denied to help me in this case. I asked them for the contact number of the concerned person they denied that also and said it is our internal matter we can't help.
Below is the list of Cleartrip executives I spoke and all fooled me-

*. Anju or Anjum on **th July (Floor Supervisor)- Clearly said we can't help.
I want my ticket on the same cost that I paid now the ticket cost is twice the cost of what I booked on **th June. Attached mails from Clear trip -
They sent an email for cancellation or refund then they sent an email that I will receive my tickets they are playing games and have no answers.
