I have not received refund of above cancelled transaction till now. More than * months are already passed. I have called TRAVOLOOK call center number ****-******* on **th Apr, *th May, *th May, **th May, **th May, **th May, **th May & **st May to know the status of refund of amount and every time I was told that my amount will be refunded in next *-* working days. Can you please help me to know the problem behind this extreme delay in returning my money and give me compensation also for this * months mental harassments by TRAVOLOOK.
