- Ticket amount not refund by Cleartrip Open
For your kind information, I'm MD Amanullah Siddique, I book a ticket from traveller agent Cleartrip (Trip ID - ************ ) for my Father "AMIRULLAH TASHWAR HUSSAIN MUHAMMED" from DEL to DMM via. AUH & BAH.
At the time of check in, Chek in officer told him that flight does not go through BAHRAIN (due to flight restriction by COVID-**), so they put Remark on the ticket by which i got my full payment.
But when i Converse with cleartrip customer care they don't want to help. All the time they give information in different means.
But when i call to Etihad Airways care they told me that they already put remark for full refund of ticket amount. And they also told me that if Cleartrip support want to know about remarks then they contact on this no. ***********.
Therefore i request you to please concern with them and proceed for my Refund Balance.
