Airtel India This is how you guys giving **Mbps speed from past * year on the plan of INR **** having provision ***Mbps speed. That's not just you guys doing wrong, you guys also stopped the customer from changing plan from web and app.
In web it showing "This feature is available on the app" and on app, it is showing some android errors.
From past ** months, I kept chasing you guys from the nodal officer and appellate means too, but your team just asked me to pay around ****-**** INR bill per month before resolving concern and every second month, the issue again appears in different variant like COVID-**,**.*...
This is last humble and social request to sort this scam ASAP else trust me you gonna face one of the biggest lawsuits in your history .
