Spicejet was the worst airline service i have ever used. First of all they made the web checkin compulsory then when my printed boarding pass didnt worked at scan machine I was asked to get the boarding pass from spice jet counter. Spicejet was the only airline whose boarding pass barcode can't be scanned from mobile. I ran all the way back on the mumbai airport then when I reached to the gate they didn't allow me to bord saying I am late. There was ** minute left for flight to take off still they were so stagnant on the decision to not let me board. I requested, begged, cried to let me board as I was having an important exam to take next day. But they were so rude. They were asking their crew to take my luggage out of plane but didn't let me in. It was my connecting flight to mangalore. I was at mumbai airport itself. How I can be late? My boarding pas was not able to scan by the machine what was my mistake? I was alone I had to take a train to my destination as it was urgent for me to reach. They didn't refund me a single penny nor they give any exchange ticket. During this pandemic when people should be helpful to each other they behaved like that. I am never using Spice jet again. Thank you for worst experience.
