I had booked a ticket on MakeMyTrip for an IndiGo flight. I wanted to cancel the ticket. The refund amount on MMT and IndiGo website differed. MMT stated the airline cancellation cost way too high, while IndiGo actually was paying back *** Rs. Later, I cancelled the flight on IndiGo website. The refund amount was transferred back to the merchant, MMT in this case. I need to receive the refund amount in my bank card.
