- The company cheated me Open
I have done one unlimited pack recharge of *** Rs on my Vodafone number on *th February ****, which was having ** days validity. Then on **th February ****, one unknown person from the local store had done one recharge of *** Rs on my number by mistake. (his mob. **********). This pack is having a validity of ** days. So my benefits of recharge *** Rs were cancelled because someone had done recharge on my number by mistake.
Then I discussed all this thing to Vodafone customer care and they told me to resolve my problem. After a long time, they told me that they can not do anything and they are just transferring my call and put me on hold for too long. Even their executives refuse to share their employee id. Now thing is that my services are stopped. So ultimately anyone can terminate my services by doing a small amount of recharge. This was only *** Rs recharge. Suppose if I do the recharge of *** days validity of Rs.**** and someone just recharges my number only with *day validity pack. Then who is responsible? My *** days becomes * days in just a few seconds. In this case, both customers will face trouble. Vodafone will be always in profit. Even I doubt Vodafone can do this intentionally to make a profit. Very well played Vodafone. At least Jio is having the facility of pending/awaiting recharge function. So I can easily use multiple recharge one by one as per my convenience.
