Please find the complaint details as follows
Complaint details:
*. I booked a maruti Suzuki wagon R, T- permit car from Maruti Authorized dealer, Aher Autoprime Showroom
"Sadanand Sankool", Poornima Chowk, Kalyan - Murbad Road, Kalyan (W)- *** *** , **** - *******, ****-***-***
Hotline: ****-***-*** on **/**/**** by paying Token of ****/-
*. Full Payment done on **/**/**** - *, **,***/-
*. **,***/- for insurance, but insurance value is **,***/ only, no justification for balance *,***/- and no Tax Invoice given till date.
*. **,*** RTO registration (the Actual Registration fee is around *****)
No registration document, Tax invoice, given till date and not refunding my excess Amount of *****/-.
they also asked for *****/ in cash (not ready to accept the cheque) for Speed governor, The actual cost is ****/-, after paying for *****/- even ** days passed out they didn’t installed the speed governor, hence , I checked in the market and I myself got installed the same device from another agency in ****/- and asked for my Speed governor money to be refunded, they said it will be refunded after getting the registration documents, I asked them to pay in cash as they took by cash, they have to return it by cash, but they denied and not yet refunded.
(Actually they should have taken the Cost of speed governor at the time of full payment, we as a new customer don’t have any idea about the speed governor to be installed in T-permit car, they asked for the *****/- * days before the delivery of car. And we paid immediately so that the registration process should get complete at the earliest and to get the registration documents)
I am working in a private firm, on freelancing type job, not a fixed monthly income (sometimes no job), so i decided to take a car to attach to uber / ola to have a financial backup to my family
It was very difficult to raise the amount of Rs * lac for me, anyhow I managed,
Presently my Car is now idle, cannot use for commercial as well as personal purpose and I am simply paying the Loan Interest and principal amount.
I got the delivery of car on **.**.**** on day of dussehra, from that day my car is lying idle as there is no registration document yet provided, i cannot use the car, it was promised that the registration documents will be delivered within ** days after delivery but not yet received, i visited the showroom people so many times but, every time they are lying, and blaming the rto, whereas the RTO delivers document in * working days on Online application.
Also they are not refunding my money.
At the time of delivery i observed the low air pressure in the back tyre, i immediately informed the sales executive, but he said there is no problem,
* days back i requested to take my car for *st servicing, when the brought the car back the same tyre found puncture, now they are not taking any responsibility
Also the Front wheel both tyres center silver coated cap is missing, i informed them immediately, they promised to fit that, but now they are denying.
I done a full payment in the month of August-****
My car is T-permit, on average of **,***/- per month is the earning, hence i have a loss of around **,***/-rs , but these guys don’t care and even they don’t reply properly for the refund amount and the registration documents
Actually the full payment is done in Aug **** and they applied for the registration in between ** to ** of October ****, hence they delayed, it is not my mistake, I have done the full payment on time.
I requested them that I myself will do the online registration, if not possible for you, and requested to refund my registration amount; to that also they are not agreed
It’s a big harassment that me and my family is facing
Presently i, am at outdoor job, so i cannot visit the showroom, hence my wife is struggling and facing the harassment and rude behavior of the sales executive.
Please do something, as she alone cannot go to the police station and cant face the other judicial matters.
Finally been fed up, my wife approached the Police Station , but as usual police did not supported and not registered the complaint, but they called the sales executive, after getting a call , he arrived after * hour with incomplete document and incomplete amount of cheque that is to be refunded.,
How come he got the document and cheque ready , immediately after he receives a call from police, before we visited showroom and requested so many times, but they didn’t support and keep lying, my wife didn’t accept the incomplete documents and partial cheque of Refund amount.
Still they don’t have complete registration documents and not returning my excess amount, moreover they say that they don’t have any record for the excess amount that I paid to the executive, but I have proof for that, I have a recorded conversation with the sale person
They are not ready to compensate my financial loss,
I should get my
Tax Invoice for my car Amount.
Registration documents along with tax invoice of Rs **,***/-
RC Receipt, RC Book, Fitness certificate, T-permit
Insurance of **,***/ along with tax invoice for Insurance, effective form the date, they provide the document and compensate my financial loss, for harassment that we faced, and my excess amount that to be refunded, interest, I paid till date to bank.
Please do something so that these types of peoples should get their punishment for cheating and harassment and should not dare to repeat the same with other customers
As i faced lot of issues with the dealer, i decided to return the car which is idle in my home as of no use. so, please return my full amount what i paid to the dealer and collect their CAR.
I am attaching the payment receipts for your reference
