sir i had applied term life insurance plan from bankbazarinsurance.com of icici prudential life insurance on **/**/**** also made payment on that day application no- OB********, till now they not issued policy number or any documents to me my self subhalaxmi jena ,of bhadrak odisha,MOB-********** ,Sir many times they are calling me for mobile no verification for completion but nothing happened ,as per their needed documents i had submitted all requirments on whatsapp no +************ of Bankbazarinsurance.com , if its possible than refund my paid amount Rs**** on **/**/****
