I have Purchased Realme TV ** Inches from Flipkart on Jul**th along with Flipkart protection plan . On **th November while watching the tv suddenly Display is gone & has vertical lines over the display. i have raised the complaint on Same day & Got the Appoint No: IN-SA********** in SMS stating that issue will be resolved within ** hours. Today is *nd December & still I haven't contacted by Realme support service technician for Resolution.
I have been calling Both Realme support & Flipkart Protection Plan Guys every alternative day & i was told each time that issue will be resolved within ** -** hours Or technician will reach me within **-** hours. Till now there is no resolution provided. It was escalated multiple times and had call with Senior Personal from Customer Care or Both Jeeves & Realme support which is for no use .
