- Technical defective t.v. received Closed
i ordered a mi tv *A **" inches thg. flipkart vide Order IDOD******************I, It was delivered me on dt. **.**.** and installed on dt. **.**.**. evening. after that in night when I was watching t.v., I noticed that the tv automatically turn off and I have to turn on thg. remote. This problem is uncertain. I complain to xiaomi thg. mail and customer call care. on dt. **.**.** the local technician visited my home and checked the t.v., because the problem is uncertain, he could not reach near the problem. After that I mail again and again and call to xiaomi. On dt. **.**.**. the local technician visited again at my home and change some internal parts of t.v. but the problem is not resolved as yet. after that now I mailed and call to Xiaomi to replace the t.v. but there is no response of Xiaomi to replace the t.v. set. Now the new-new problem rising in the t.v. set thats are - (A) The tv automatically turn off uncertain in several time (the problem is going every day *-* times.) (B) One time the tv sound automatically on silent. I restart the tv
then the problem was not (This problem repeated two times till date . (C) The picture stucked (just like Zig-Zag) again and again on all channel, to resolve the problem I must be restart the tv (This problem is going once in each day. I checked my setup box but I found the setup box is working well) (D) The picture is automatically disappears just for a second (*.*
second) and appears again automatically (This problem is continuous once in *-* days.
