I have suspended temporary for services because of my father went for vacation. He have * set up boxes. While suspending through web site for certain period (more then * days) they are taking request in web site and the same time amount is also reducing. I called customer care for the reason. They simply replied that first you resume your secondary set up box then you can suspend. There were no message in this regard. Because of this I looses money. Web site should show the procedure. Very bad experience with Tatasky.
