- Tariff mismatch issue Open
I am an Airtel user, recharged for ***rs to my airtel number on **.**.**** using Google pay. I faced a tariff mismatch issue and I contacted Airtel customer care executive where I got irrelevant details and not satisfied with that so they gave me a mail id for help which is ***@. Even their response was not satisfied because all the time I am talking about the mismatch in tariff but representatives explaining me the plan details. I am totally disappointed with this. Again on (**.**.****) I got a call from Airtel and they continue the same of explaining plan details. After the conversations, I asked them to contact their higher officials regarding my issue but they want me to mail. It has been ** days I am facing this problem. Here goes the issue. As I mentioned earlier I recharged for ***rs using Google pay, hereby I attached the screenshot of the plan details mentioned there. So according to this, I will get unlimited national calls **gb data *** SMS will be renewed for every ** days for *** days. But Airtel telling only *** SMS will be renewed not the **gb data. When I contacted Airtel helpline they told me that this is completely Google pay mistake. When I contacted Google pay they said this is Airtel mistake. (I don't know who made a mistake but I am facing a problem:" ). I asked both Airtel and Google pay to mail me the statement which includes their concern is not responsible for that and only the other have to take care of it. But Airtel doesn't send me any kind of emails which indicates these statements, they keep on sending me plan details only. To be frank the past *-* emails are useless. I also have Google pay's statement which they sent me in the mail. Dear Voxya, my request is to please make Airtel to either **gb for every ** days or kindly repay me. Though It is not necessary for me to know who made a mistake and I don't want to lose ***rs, hope you understand me clearly. I think I will get justice in voxya!
