I made this order on swiggy genie on **:** which was supposed to be delivered in another ** mins but has not been delivered it
Raised multiple escalation on their help site ,explained the same issue to thier * different executives(Nishant,Manvi,Aniket) all askwd to wait for some time and wasted some good * hrs of mine but to no resolution
Now they are only willing to waive off my delivery charges but is not taking no responsibility of the order for which i paid **** rupess
