Refund of my SUPER MONEY BACK PLAN for selling my house by No Broker is pending since more than two months.
I had taken this plan in July **** to sell my residential property in Ghaziabad, UP. The property could not be sold with help of No Broker within stipulated three months, despite allowing it to be sold at lower price of Rs **.*Lakh (down from original ask of Rs **Lakh).
Due to self-efforts, the property was finally sold for Rs **.**Lakh in mid Jan **** and sale deed was shared with No Broker for Refund. However, despite multiple telephonic and email follow ups, the Refund has not been credited.
