Dear Sir,
PLEASE FIND HEREWITH MY WRITTEN COMPLAINT LETTER AGAINST SAMSUNG FOR COMPLAINT IN WASHING MACHINE BEING UNRESOLVED BY SAMSUNG TEAM.
I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG WASHING FROM JAGDAMBA SALES CORPORATION VIDE INVOICE NUMBER CSD:**** Dt ** Sep ****.( Invoice attached).
Model : WA**M****HD.
Serial Number : **VG*PBJ******X.
THE WASHING MACHINE IS HAVING COMPLAINT FOR POOR WASHING AND LEAVING SPOTS ON CLOTHES AFTER WASH , SO ACCORDINGLY AS PER SAMSUNG PROCESS AND POLICY , I HAVE COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE OF SAMSUNG IN MONTH OF JUNE ****.
COMPLAINT LODGED ON **.*.****.
SAMSUNG TECHNICIAN HAS VISITED AND INSPECTED MACHINE AND ALSO DETECED WASHING ISSUE ON **.*.**** AND ADVISE TO CHECK MACHINE FROM NOW AFTER VISIT.
SAME BEING MONITORED BUT NO FURTHER IMPROVEMENT IN WASHING COMPLAINT AND STILL PROBLEM PERSIST ,SO AGAIN COMPLAINED TO SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE TEAM VIDE REFERNCE NUMBER ********** DT **.*.****.
AGAIN AFTER DAILY REQUESTS TO SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE TEAM , NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THEM ,SO FINALLY I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT ON SAMSUNG WEBSITE FOR SUPPORT FROM CEO’S DESK.
AGAIN ON **.*.****, TECHNICIAN VISITED THE MACHINE FOR RECTIFICATION BUT AGAIN NOT RESOLVED AND MR NAWAB KABIR –SERVICE MANAGER (**********) ASKED HIS TECHNICIAN NOT TO PREPARE ANY VISIT REPORT PERTAINING TO THIS COMPLAINT (Afterwards I have written a mail also to servicehead.in@samsung .com on **.*.**** for this),BUT STILL NO UPDATES AND NO RESOLUTIONS AFTERWARDS.
AGAIN MR NIKHLESH (from CEO-Desk) CAME INTO PICTURE AS PER MAIL TO CEO-DESK AND COMMITTED TO GET THE MACHINE PROBLEM RECTIFIED BY SAMSUNG SWAT TEAM WITHIN NEXT THREE DAYS AND ASSURED TO GET THE MACHINE REPLACED IF PROBLEM NOT GOT RESOLVED.
NO SWAT TEAM VISITED THE COMPLAINT AND SAMSUNG TEAM AGAIN BECOME SILENT ON THIS.!!
I KEEP ON REQUESTING THEM ON EMAIL TO servicehead.in@samsung.com , ceo@samsung.com , hc.hong@samsung.com,president@sea.samsung.com FROMMAILID –praveensharmamsu@gmail.com ON DT .**.*.****,**.*.****,**.*.****,**.*.****,**.*.**** ,**.*.**** .**.*.**** AND SO ON……EVEN SEND REQUEST AND REMINDER ALSO…BUT NIL RESPONSE . I GOT ONLY REFERNCE NUMBERS AND CALLS FROM DIFFERENT DIFFERENT PEROSNS.. **********, ********** ETC.. AND NOW MR NIKHILESH VANISHED !!!
NOW DT **TH JULY **** , MR BIPIN FROM CEO’ DESK CAME INTO PICTURE AND AGAIN ASKED TO VISIT THE WASHING MACHINE FOR REPAIRING.
SO I HEREBY REQUEST YOUR GOOD SELVES TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND ARRANGE TO REPLACE THE FAULTY WASHING MACHINE UNDER WARRANTY AS SAMSUNG HAS FAILED TO RECTIFY THE COMPLAINT UNDER WARRANTY,
PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL WAIT FOR NEXT * DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THIS LETTER AT SAMSUNG MD’/CEO’S DESK ELSE I NEED TO TAKE SUPPORT FROM CONSUMER COURT ON LEGAL GROUND.
AWAITING RESPONSE AND PLEASE TREAT THIS MATTER AS IMPORTANT.
