I bought one JINDAL Curve * Burner Toughened Glass Auto Ignition Cooktop Stainless Steel, Glass Automatic Gas Stove with order id Order Id: OD******************, ordered on **/**/**** and delivered on **/**/****.
This mentioned product was bought through Flipkart India.
It came with domestic warranty of * years. (Mentioned in specification on Flipkart, though I did not received any warranty card in Packing Box).
I bought it for to be renovated new flat and I started using it on August **, ****.
Since starting it was creating problems of various types and I immediately lodged complaint through Flipkart.
The technician visit was done on Sunday, August **, ****.
Almost an hour after servicing of Gas Stove my mother started cooking on Gas Stove as she does regularly.
After using of almost **-** minutes the Gas stove Glass was burst with loud sound and the glass scattered everywhere and hit my mother’s front portion of body.
I immediately gave my mother first aid and made a call to technician who visited my house an hour back.
I am seeking your cooperation in all services you promise while selling your products.
I have initiated my complain on the portal of Department of consumer affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, with Docket No. *******.
Please replace my cook top as soon as possible
