I am really not happy with the service from the axis bank.
Nobody helped me from axis bank for a simple query. I have asked only the statement for November **** for emergency purpose, I have to submit it in the court today by *. I called customer service and asked them to send a statement to the email address, she has double checked my email address and sent it to the wrong email address.
I have visited Axis Bannerghatta branch, Arekere, opp to HSBC. They said they don't have an option to access for credit card statements. I called customer service again. They confirmed they don't have an option to send a statement for ****. Why this was not informed by the previous agent. I was on call for * and half hour, when asked for the supervisor or Manager, they said that the managers or supervisors are not available. How is that possible, how come all the managers and supervisors are on leave during a weekday?
Later, one of the agents transferred me to the escalation team, they again gave me the same info and no resolution. Finally spoke with one of the supervisor Seenam, she guided me through one of the links. www.axisbank.com/support-ccattchmnt.
When visited this link, it's asking me for SR number, but the supervisor has not at all raised a service request and guided me to visit the link and send an email and also promised me that I will get an email statement with seal and signature before ** hours to my registered email address. Now, again I called the customer service, spoke with Surya Prakash, and he raised the Service Request -********. Can this be deal on high priority and help me with the statement for November **** as earliest. As I said, it is for the emergency purpose I have to submit it for the court. Kindly investigate and help me with the e-statement for Nov **** asap.
